What is a good hardtail with 140 mm of suspension for all mountain and medium drops (limited Dirt Jumping)?
I have looked at the Kona five 0 but this seems to be a dirt jumping bike. I want a hardtail with enough suspension in the fork for rocky descents and medium drops and jumps, but not a bike for dirt jumping,
Any suggestions?

What you're looking for is a hardtail freeride bike, and the one linked above is exactly what you'd want. Slacker headtube angle for descents, a frame that can take a lot of abuse, and excellent components for the money.

The Kona Five 0 is great as a freeride hardtail. It's built as a do-everything hardtail. Dirtjumps? Sure, but it doesn't excel at them. XC? Of course. Freeride? That's what this beast is built for man, straight up freeride.
There's lots of bikes out there, so try to ride one and see if it fits you, pick a pretty color, and buy that thing.
