Front Mountain Bike
can you recommend a good front tire for an All Mountain Bike?
i have a specialized enduro sl and the stock tires suck. i have a bontrager earl 2.4 on the front now, but the tread is nearing the end of its life. what tire do you recommend for the front? i dont want to go any bigger than a 2.5 and i prefer to have something lightweight and sticky.
iv had kenda for a while and had no issues with them, however alot of people i know seem to pop tires fequently with them becasue they have thin side walls.
i have no isssue with them
however also have a look at maxxis highrollers and maxxis minnion
if you want to spend a little more you can go with a michelin tire they are great i have a soft compound on the front of my bike and have had if for around a year and its still almost as good as new,
i run the michelin up front as it has great grip and been a expensive tire it wont wear out so quick. for the rear i run either a highroller or a minnion.
